- You will be contacted by the courier company -  by phone or text message. Please provide a working number.

- Exact delivery times are determined early in the delivery day. You will be contacted by phone or text message when the courier is on the way to you.

- To change your delivery address please contact  customer service. Note that changing the delivery address may change and\or extend delivery times.

How to place an order

On the Shipments page, click on "Select the shipping option", then click "Pick up from the store" and choose your desired store.

- After making the payment and confirming the order, we will start working on your order. An email will be sent to your account when the order is ready to be collected.

- Upon arrival at the store, go to the customer service desk to collect your order.

* An order that is not collected within 14 business days will be cancelled, the amount paid will be returned to the customer and the product will be returned to the store stock.

Additional Details

Orders will be ready for collection with prior scheduling only.

After completing your order, our customer service center will contact you (during the operating hours) to discuss the order's further processing and priority level, and only after a final check with the call center. If you don't receive a call after 1 business day, please contact our customer service at 077-9829305 to confirm and to handle your order.

Most urgent orders will be processed within one business day (not including Friday and Saturday), subject to urgency, the directives of the Home Front Command and the manpower in the warehouse. We cannot make a commitment at this stage on delivery times and they may change depending on the emergency situation and the directives of the Home Front Command

An email will be sent to your account when the order is ready for collection.

When you arrive at the warehouse, please call the phone number you received to have your order brought to your vehicle. For safety reasons, don't enter the warehouse area on foot and follow the instructions provided by the warehouse representative.

This service is provided free of charge.

Order Process:

Orders through this service are based on the existing warehouse inventory. There may be changes in the items' availability and/or completeness. This service is available for urgent and large orders only, adapted to the current situation.

On the delivery page, click on "Select Delivery Option" and then "Store Pickup," and scroll down to find the option "Caesarea Warehouse - Urgent and Large Orders Only."

Orders not collected within 14 business days will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded to the customer, and the product will be returned to the store's inventory.

Pickup Hours - According to the warehouse's operating hours:

Sundays to Thursdays between 12:00-14:30 with prior scheduling, and after receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.
