Terms of delivery

Sun - Thu, 8:00 - 20:00.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eve, and holidays.

- You will be contacted by the courier company -  by phone or text message. Please provide a working number.

- Exact delivery times are determined early in the delivery day. You will be contacted by phone or text message when the courier is on the way to you.

- To change your delivery address please contact  customer service. Note that changing the delivery address may change and\or extend delivery times.

How to place an order

On the Shipments page, click on "Select the shipping option", then click "Pick up from the store" and choose your desired store.

- After making the payment and confirming the order, we will start working on your order. An email will be sent to your account when the order is ready to be collected.

- Upon arrival at the store, go to the customer service desk to collect your order.

In order to make sport accessible to the many and bring your orders right to your doorstep, we at Decathlon Israel work with a number of courier companies (HFD, GETRUCK). 

Shipping fees depend on the weight and dimensions of your package (whichever is higher).

How do I cancel an order?

According to our website regulations and the Consumer Protection Law, In order to cancel a transaction, you must contact customer service by email (contactus.israel@decathlon.com), phone (077-9829305), or by registered mail (send to 4 Lehi St. Rishon Lezion),or by our contact us page.

Specify your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation.

Is it possible to make changes / edits in the order / delivery method?

Unfortunately, It is not possible to make changes to the products or mode of delivery after the order has been placed.
