RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Purchase on the website
- Refund or product replacement will be possible for the customer with a DECATHLON membership card up to 365 days from the date of purchase upon presentation of an original invoice or receipt, provided that the product has not been used and the product is not damaged.
-Every customer who purchases on the site agrees that he is included in the Decathlon Club members program and thus receives 365 days from the date of purchase for exchange / return in the chain stores.
- A product used can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase against presentation of an original invoice or receipt or other proof of execution of the transaction.
-Products that are not of the Decathlon brand (i.e, products of "other brands") cannot be returned, unless otherwise determined by law. These products can be exchanged within 14 days upon presentation of receipt and as long as their condition remains un-used.
"Other brands" include: SPEEDO (swimming goggles), Adidas, Dr. Fischer, Wilson (NBA basketballs), Garmin (smart watches), Energym (treadmills).
Purchase IN STORES

- A refund or replacement of a product will be given up to 30 days from the date of purchase and against presentation of an original invoice or receipt or other proof regarding the execution of the transaction, provided that the product is not used and the product is not damaged.
- A product used can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase against presentation of an original invoice or receipt or other proof of execution of the transaction.
