Cancellation of remote sales
You are entitled to cancel a transaction, pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law"), commencing from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document. The latter will be sent pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law as an order confirmation to the contact details provided by the customer (hereinafter: "the disclosure document") and under the conditions set out in the disclosure document, whichever is later. For this purpose you must notify us of the cancellation in one of the ways listed below:
1. Orally: by way of the company's customer service at telephone number 077-9829305; or in one of the Decathlon chain stores in Israel (hereinafter: the "chain stores").
2. By registered mail: addressed to Decathlon Israel Ltd., Customer Service Department at: 1 Hasadna, Kfar Saba, Postal Code 4442401.
3. By e-mail: sent to [email protected].
4. By form: use the application form on the website’s "Contact Us" page, which you can find at this link: https://www.decathlon.co.il/iw/content/46–; Please select the "Cancel Transaction" as the message subject.
Your cancellation notice must state your full name and an invoice number/order number with which we can identify the transaction. Cancellation of the transaction will occur after the return of the product to one of the chain stores, given that the product is intact and in its original packaging, unused and in good condition, without any defect of any kind. The cancellation of the charge and the transaction refund (for the product you are returning) will be made in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
Notwithstanding the above, a person with a disability, a senior citizen and/or a new immigrant (as defined by law), who has made a transaction to purchase a product on the website, may cancel the transaction within four months of making the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product or receiving this document, whichever is later, and provided the transaction includes a conversation between the customer and the company, including through electronic devices. The company will be entitled to request from the customer a certificate proving that they are a person with a disability, a senior citizen and/or a new immigrant, as the case may be, as specified in the law.
The Company is entitled to extend the terms of the cancellation according to its sole discretion and the exchange and return policy.
