You bought a bicycle, rode it, enjoyed it, and now it's out of order? Not necessarily! We invest a lot of effort in developing our products to ensure that you will enjoy them for a long time. Out of concern for the product and also for the environment, please know - we are here not only to sell products and spare parts, but provide you with services and make sure your bicycle gets a second chance. It's time to fix your bike, not buy a new one.
Bicycle repair and maintenance don't have to be complicated - in our workshop we provide maintenance, repair and customization services for bicycles that will make your sport experience comfortable and enjoyable. Have we mentioned it does not have to be a Decathlon’s bike only? You are welcome to bring any bike from any other brand for repair! Bicycle repair has never been easier and more accessible.
Bicycle repair will be performed by our trained technical team which specializes in bicycle repair and maintenance. You can get the repair service at the bicycle workshop in any of the Decathlon stores, including the Decathlon store in Haifa, the Decathlon store in Rishon Lezion and many more. Most repairs are done on site within 5-20 minutes. In some cases, the bike will be sent for repair to our main workshop in Caesarea and will be ready within 7-14 business days.
To receive service at the workshop, please arrive at any of our stores nationwide and bring your bike with you. Please approach the customer service or the workshop to perform a product diagnosis. Following the diagnosis, you will receive a quote for the repair and an additional explanation of the process - all this at no cost and with no commitment on your side.
At the end of the process, you will receive an invoice at the customer service, which could be paid at one of the store's cash registers. Please note - the repair price list refers to labor only - it includes VAT but does not include spare parts. A quote for the parts will be given separately as needed.
