How to use the foam roller

Use the massage ball after exercise to give yourself a good massage.You can give yourself a massage right after exercise or later, in the evening or even the next day, ideally spending at least 5 minutes on each muscle group.

What are the precautions?

Product for adults.The first few times you use a massage roller, you may experience some discomfort or notice bruising. This is common.If the pain is severe and persists, consult your doctor.
As to bruises, they come from small blood vessels on the skin's surface but there's nothing to worry about, this phenomenon will disappear with continued use.
