To enjoy the workshop services, you must come to any of our stores and bring the product with you for diagnostics. Go to the customer service desk or the workshop desk. After diagnosing the product, you will receive a price quote for the repair and an additional explanation of the process. If you choose to repair the product, you will leave it with us and you can return and pick it up after receiving an update that the product has returned to the service station.
