How to choose sunglasses?

In: how to choose

During sports activities, sunglasses protect the eyes from UV rays and other harmful factors. Find out how to choose the right sunglasses and avoid distractions.

When you do sports outside you need to be focused - concentrate on the goal, bombard the performance... you can't worry about your eyes... that's why we recommend wearing sunglasses during your training to protect your eyes from UV rays and other harmful factors. But how do you know which glasses to choose?

There are 3 types of sports sunglasses: sunglasses for mountain sports (climbing and skiing), sunglasses for water sports (sailing, surfing, kayaking), and sunglasses for running and cycling.

 Sunglasses for mountaineering and skiing

in the mountains, the UV rays are even stronger. For activities such as mountain climbing and skiing, it is recommended to wear sunglasses that wrap around the face. These are glasses with a rounded shape that fits the structure of the skull and face. This is especially important at high altitudes, which are characterized by brighter light and where the sun reflects more strongly due to the snow, winds, etc.

Sunglasses for sailing and surfing

If you are sailing in the open sea, surfing, or kayaking, you need sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun's rays, but in water - the glasses can easily fall off and disappear into the depths. For a reason, you should choose glasses that float on the surface of the water.

Sunglasses for running and cycling

Sunglasses designed for running and cycling have a special shape that prevents them from fogging up. Frameless glasses are very convenient to assemble and are especially suitable for activities that require high endurance, such as cycling, mountain biking, running, cross-country running, etc.
