What if I'm a Decathlon Card Holder?
At Decathlon we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. Exclusively for Decathlon card holders, we allow up to 365 days to return your items in the 2 following cases:
1. Unwanted goods: unused and in their original packaging
When returning unwanted goods you can choose to be refunded or to exchange Please note we do not exchange or refund perishable goods such as food or drinks, personalised items and personal safety equipment.
2. If the product in use is not satisfactory for the intended sport practice
Please note that we will not accept:
- products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose or not properly maintained
- products used outside of their intended means
- products subject to normal wear and tear
- perishable goods such as food and drink; gas canisters; personalised items; personal safety equipment
Based on our assessment (condition of the product and length/frequency of use), our Decathlon team retains the right to accept or refuse the return, and in the case of a return, will choose the adapted solution (repair, exchange, partial or full refund). In both cases, you will need to provide your Decathlon Card and proof of purchase Use your Decathlon Card at the time of purchase and we will link electronic copies of your receipts to your personal account.
What if I don't have a Decathlon Card?
You have the right to return unwanted goods up to 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACOUNT TO PURCHASE?
To allow us to process your orders we need a certain amount of information about you: delivery addresses, billing, e-mail, etc.
This account creation also allows you to fully benefit from the services offered by Decathlon: tracking packages, returning products, viewing old orders, etc.
All information in your Decathlon account is used only in connection with your business relationship with Decathlon.
This information is never shared with third parties or resold.
They can be modified by you at any time by managing your online account. They can also be completely removed from our database on request. >>

Items purchased at Decathlon stores can be returned to any Decathlon store.
When returning the goods you should have a receipt or a loyalty card used at the time of purchase.
Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned by post.
Please note that we will only be able to refund you on the same card than the one used for the purchase
