The punching ball is designed to train your punches. The foam ball and sprung, stable metal base guarantee good responsiveness. The height (125 - 155 cm) can be easily adjusted using the wheel on the central metal shaft. The base can be filled with either 30 litres of water or 50 kg of sand.

HOW TO USE IT

Always use protective gloves when hitting the punching ball to avoid injury (burns, bruises).
