How to use your mat
When stretching, your mat needs to be grippy against the floor and have a comfortable thickness.
Place the striped side against the floor with the smooth side up.
Do your exercises without shoes or barefoot. Clean with a damp cloth for better durability.
BONUS: Fold it over for a little extra padding for your knees!

How to avoid slipping on your mat
Perspiration from exercise might cause you to slide on your mat.
To practise safely, we recommend spreading a towel over your mat while you practise or using a towel to regularly wipe down the surface of your mat.
