Gives a good rear view buy awkward to get it to stay tight, works its self loose In bumpy conditions
Would always fit a rear view mirror to a bike. makes it much easier to know what's going on behind you without the inevitable wobble when you turn your head and then if clear, look behind to double check without worrying something is coming too close.
I have had many mirrors in the past and can honestly say this is the best one I have purchased. It is sturdy, stays in position and has a good field of view whilst being easily adjusted on the go.
I have had it for nearly a year and it is still surviving. That says a lot in itself! Would definitely recommend and will buy same mirror again when/if it gives up the ghost.
A good safety addition to any bike you do have to slice the end off the rubber grips to fit it.
I had already used 4 years this was direct replacement
Excellent addition to the bike. You are very aware of what is approaching and can keep an eye on family members behind you.
Excellent product. Ticked all the boxes.
Delighted with product and the excellent click & collect service. WELL DONE DECATHLON
The connection to the handle bar was not tight enough and the angle of the mirror had to be continually adjudted to see the traffic.
Also, the mirror vibrated on the ride so the view of approaching cars was blurred.
Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your mirror. I'm sorry to read that the mirror moved when in use. I gather you thoroughly cleaned and removed any debris from the inside of your handlebars before mounting them, if this is the case and the diameter of the tube is within the limit (22.2mm) then there may be an issue with your particular mirror. If you believe them to be faulty and not fit for purpose, please feel free to return them with your receipt to your local Decathlon store.

Does this fit road bars?
Thank you for your question.
You will need to check the internal diameter of your bars as this item is compatible with 22.2mm tubing.

You can buy a similar one from a well known motoring shop, for quite a bit more. These mirrors are cheap but very well made. Have one on all my bikes. And find them to be good quality and give a great rear view. Mirror can be closed inward for getting into gates and the likes.I only had any mirrors break due to crashes. But then again a few have survived even that.Would highly recommend.
