Want to take the bracket off to change basket

Great little basket, easy to fit and ideal to carry the refreshments in.
Attachment snapped after 3 weeks of use
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I was really happy with the basket when I first fitted it onto my bike. But three weeks later, the c-shaped plastic bar that hooks around the bike's handlebar stem snapped, rendering the whole basket unusable. I would not recommend this basket, the attachment is weak and badly designed.
Response of the brand
I'm sorry to read that the bracket has snapped. Please return it to us or contact our customer services team if you feel the item is faulty.

where's the video showing how to install the baske
Used for 1 week or less
Perhaps I'm missing something blindingly obvious, but I can't for the life of me work out how the various components should be arranged for optimal attachment to my bike. Why isn't there an instructional video? Pease rectify Decathlon.
Response of the brand
Thank you for your question regarding the bike basket. Indeed, I agree that an instructional film would be useful and I will feed this back to the team at Decathlon Cycles in order to get one made.

I have found this film which demonstrates how to use the basket as well as a zoom on the bracket. I hope that this will suffice for the time being: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8NgcdQJXDI

Nice basket. Does what it needs to do which is carry small items. The guys at Decathlon fixed it onto the bike. Great service.
