  • Why do I need to create an account to purchase:

  • How to return in-store purchases?
    Items purchased at Decathlon stores can be returned to any Decathlon store. When you’re returning the goods, you should have a receipt or a membership card used at the time of purchase. Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned by post. Also, please note that we will only be able to refund you on the same card than the one used for the purchase
  • How to return online purchases?

    There are 3 ways of delivery for your convenience: home delivery starting at 30 ILS(depending on volume and zip code), pick up points 15 ILS, and Click & Collect service is free - arrive at the store and take the package! Choose the easiest way to get our products :)
